Greenwich Botanical Center is excited to host Dr. Katie Takayasu for an in-person lecture “Putting Plants First on your Plate: Dr. Katie's Approach to the Why & How of Prioritizing a Plant-Forward Diet.” The lecture will be presented interview style with Dr. Jen Morgan facilitating at the Greenwich Botanical Center at 10am, on Wednesday March 30th
