About Dr. Harris:
Dr. Shelby Harris is a clinical psychologist and board certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She is the author of “The Women’s Guide to Overcoming Insomnia” (WW Norton Books, 2019) and specializes in treatment of anxiety, stress, depression and works collaboratively with her clients to improve their sleep and stress levels using evidence-based methods that do not rely upon medication. Her unique expertise is frequently sought out by colleagues, well respected medical institutions and media outlets world-wide, including the New York Times, New Yorker, and The Today Show.
