Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Starting your morning with at least 30g of protein is a game changer for smooth energy, satiety, and positive mood.

The kick of cacao powder in this smoothie puts a nice spring in my step, and provides a surprising amount of fiber for its tiny volume.

I like using my smoothie as a pre-lifting vehicle for delivery of energizing carbohydrates and creatine to help propel me through. Creatine is an easy add-on and delivers more ATP to the mitochondria, helping at the cellular level to improve performance and recovery.

Message me when you try this smoothie and tell me how you felt!
