Aquafaba is a fantastic plant-based ingredient that mimics the texture of eggs, making it perfect for adding creaminess and a whipped texture to your recipes. It's also low in calories and fat while providing a good source of fiber and protein.

Another star ingredient in this dressing is nutritional yeast. Packed with B-vitamins, including B12, nutritional yeast adds a savory, cheesy flavor without the need for dairy. It's a great way to boost the nutritional content of your meals while supporting overall health and well-being.

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas + ½ cup aquafaba

Juice of one lemon

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Splash of vinegar

Splash of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon or more anchovy paste

6 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
