Tri-Magnesium (Integrative Therapeutics) - a triple combination of magnesium that also relieves constipation

D3 5000 + K2 (Metagenics) - vitamin D3 assures absorption of calcium from food, and K assures incorporation into the bone matrix for those who are vitamin D deficient

It's important to buy your supplements from a reputable source.

In December 2023, the FDA gave Amazon a warning due to tainted nutritional supplements that consumers had purchased on their website. They found 7 different male energy supplements had the active ingredient in Viagra in them!
