INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated

½ cup fresh lime juice or 2 juicy limes

1 cup fresh grapefruit juice or 2 juicy grapefruits

1 cup fresh orange juice or 2 juicy oranges

Optional: 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Sprig fresh rosemary 

1/2 cup sparkling water, alcohol-free bubbly

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blitz the ginger, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and orange juice in a high speed blender.

  2. Serve straight in a glass with ice and a sprig of rosemary. Or, add a generous splash of sparkling water or alcohol-free bubbly
